Please note that Azur does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or are available for purchase. Azur preserves its right to stop selling a product.
Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older.
Azur reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions at any time.

Each purchase is subject to the terms and conditions in the version applicable at the date of submitting the order. Please inform yourself about the applying version of terms and conditions before submitting your order. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version.


1— Placing orders

By using the website and/or placing an order on the website you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept these terms and conditions.

Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. 


2— Prices

All the prices are indicated in euros and all taxes included. The value added tax is the one in force on the French territory.
The prices applied are those shown on the site at the time of ordering.

3— Avaibility

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
If one of the ordered products is not available anymore, Azur commits to contact you by email in a maximum delay of 7 days after order date, in order to inform you. You will then be able to maintain the order or cancel it.
In case the order is maintained and delivered partially, the client will be charged only the price of the delivered products.
In case the order is cancelled, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4— Fabrics

Our garments are either naturally hand-dyed, hand-pleated, or using antique fabrics, color variations and flaws are proof of authenticity and are not a defect. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.


5— Colors

Color variations and flows are due to our artisanal process of dying. Slight variances may occur, between different batches.
Our fabrics are not guaranteed against color fading. Direct sunlight is not recommended for natural dyed garments. Please, take a look to our Care Instructions.


6— Delivery

Azur is working without any stock and every piece is made-to-order in a very limited quantity.

The delay of delivery depends of the numbers of orders and of the overload of work. The maximal delay for the dispatch is 4 weeks from the day of the order.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed, notifying you of the scheduled ship date for your purchase.

Worldwide deliveries are carried out by DHL Express.

The user have the possibility to track the parcel on the website of DHL with the tracking number communicated in the email that informs the user of the order dispatch.
In case of delay, Azurs responsibility cannot be engaged and this for any reason whatsoever. Therefore, no claim for compensation of any nature whatsoever can be claimed by the user to Azur.

7— Payment

The website provides its clients the following mode of payment :
— Payment by cards via Stripe
The debit of the client’s order is made at the validation of the order, in the condition that the authorization of debit of his account has formerly been received from the competent payment centers, otherwise his order cannot be taken into account.

8— Right of withdrawal with compensation

The client has a lead-time of seven days starting with reception date to return the product(s) he has ordered (ART. L121-20 of French consumer law).
If the last day of the lead-time is a Saturday, a Sunday, or a Holiday, the lead-time is reported to the following business day.
Beyond this, Azur reserves the right to refuse the return or the refund. All enquiries must be sent to sales@azur.world


9— Exchanges

We can’t provide any refund. Exchange or store credit of the articles will only be accepted if the articles ordered are returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

For made-to-order and tailor-made garments, cancellation and exchange are not possible if the product has already gone into production.

Please feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering to avoid confusion about your item, we will offer personal assistance to any customer.

10— Customs, duties and taxes

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).
Customs, duties and taxes are included in the item price or shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.


11— Data protection

By visiting the site azur.world, you may be asked to give your personal information. This data are only used for internal purposes and to answer your request. Under no circumstances these data will be released or sold to anyone.
