Repleating Service




The pleating on silk is not permanent, in order to preserve it we recommend to keep away from water and suggest professional soft dry clean only (do not iron, do not steam). The pleating will evolve and soften over time as you wear it, in order to maintain it in its best condition, we advise to always store the garment gently rolled-up in its fabric pouch.

However, if your top or your dress end up too flat or wrinkled, it can be repleated.

The shipping costs both ways are at the customer's expense.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your package for your piece to be repleated and delivered to you.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow these guidelines when sending your package:

1. Write "RETURN OF FRENCH MERCHANDISE FOR REPAIR":

- On the outside of the package
- On the shipping documents of the Post Office

We strongly suggest that you use the local postal service to ship your package. Use of other carriers may result in delays, customs fees and brokerage fees that Azur may charge you.
Be sure to obtain a tracking number and an insurance number. Please note that Azur is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
