Plissé satin silk scrunchie with the “A” label. One-of-a-kind piece made from offcuts from the atelier. Dyed with madder roots, oak gall, and iron.
Width: ~14 cm
- 100% organic, fair trade, and cruelty-free satin silk.
- Elastic band: 40% organic cotton and 60% natural rubber.
- Botanically hand-dyed, sewn and hand-pleated in Marseille, France.
This piece is artisanally hand dyed with locally grown plants and hand pleated one pleat at a time, resulting in a singular fabric with subtle hues and unique texture that has become Azur’s signature.
Delicate and fragile, the pleating on silk requires gentle handling. Be mindful that perspiration or contact with water can flatten the pleats.
